In 2001, the fall wedding is no longer only about autumn foliage and pumpkins nestled beside glowing candles. As a reminder- these colors are slated to be the hottest in 2011- the year of vividly unique, creative color trends! Plum, cream mocha and cappuccino- even red!
As a designer of custom wedding invitations and accessories, I am receiving lots of requests for color combos like aqua and chocolate, charcoal and cream, while the color combos of hot pink and charcoal are not far behind. Golds, mangos, limes- coupled with navy blues and plums~ the sky seems to be the limit when the discerning bride is planning the 2011 wedding. Lots of creative juju out there this year- such a great relief from the "traditional, basic" fall wedding scene.
When you are deciding on the date, just be sure to check out the weather in the area you are planning the event~ a really great source for weather projections around the US is HERE~ make sure you plan the dresses and ceremony according to the venue to the best of your ability.
